Tamara Zejak is a highly regarded legal professional specialising in energy, real estate, and construction matters. With over 10 years of experience, Tamara has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to some of the most prominent international companies operating in the energy sector.

Tamara has advised clients involved in large-scale renewable energy projects on regulatory compliance, real estate considerations, and construction issues. She has also advised clients in relation to energy trading matters, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and various energy-related agreements with system operators, regulators, and private entities.

In the field of real estate and construction, Tamara has assisted clients with land acquisitions, leases, EPC and O&M agreements, construction agreements (including FIDIC based), as well as planning, permitting, licensing, and project development matters.
