Career
Anna Cudna-Wagner is an attorney-at-law and a partner. She leads the Dispute Resolution practice at CMS Poland.
She specialises primarily in disputes relating to the banking sector and competition law. Anna has represented entrepreneurs from the banking sector in class action proceedings, in disputes regarding forward transactions (including currency options, CIRS, IRS) and in numerous proceedings related to credit products (both corporate and retail).
In competition law disputes, Anna represents entrepreneurs in private enforcement proceedings regarding compensation for violations of competition law, in court proceedings against the decisions of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
Anna’s experience also includes representing entrepreneurs in interim proceedings, both on the part of the entity applying for interim measures and on the defending side.
Anna also represents clients in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union, including preliminary rulings.
