Career
Andrzej Szostak has advised on regulatory, contractual and corporate issues for the energy sector, in particular related to renewable energy, including biogas. He has also participated in numerous due diligence analyses, concerning, among others, wind power plants in connection with M&A transactions in the energy market.
In his practice, he has also advised private and public entities on infrastructure projects carried out both under public procurement and concessions, and public-private partnership, preparing legal opinions in this respect.
In addition, Andrzej has supported entities operating in the chemical industry during tender procedures by negotiating and drafting a number of contracts concluded by the ordering parties with bidders, including framework agreements.
