Career

Belén is an upcoming lawyer who focuses on international commercial and investment matters and arbitration cases. She has been a part of the Altra Legal team since its beginnings in 2014.

Belen focuses her practice on advising entrepreneurs and start-ups in the company’s setting, management, and operations. She also advises clients in areas such as contract drafting, licensing and technologies, construction law, distribution contracts, and financial matters.

She is also a part of the firm’s arbitration team, a role in which she represents clients before the local arbitration centre and conducts research on complex matters for the firm’s arbitration cases. Belen also assists Dr. Moreno as a researcher in his investment arbitration proceedings.
