Jaime provides comprehensive legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, with particular emphasis in investment and disinvestment projects. As a legal advisor, he has participated in some of the most important transactions in Colombia, including purchases and sales of companies, public offerings on the Colombian Stock Exchange, privatizations and the structuring and financing of oil, road and energy infrastructure projects.
