Carlos is a senior associate in Consortium Legal – Nicaragua, with more than 26 years of experience in the automotive, aviation, banking and financial services, real estate, energy, infrastructure, technology, media and telecommunications and tourism sectors.  He has extensive experience in corporate commercial practice, and corporate and tax advice. He has participated in general bidding processes and important transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions of large corporations, syndicated loans to large gold exporting companies in Nicaragua, and formalization of documentation subject to local laws.

He provides ongoing advice to companies, corporations, and local and foreign financial entities in the execution and review of important contracts, guaranteed and unsecured credit lines, subordinated agreements, tax matters, and other matters of advice on general issues.
