Career
Mr. Gorziglia has developed over 25 years of experience in corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and infrastructure projects. He has participated in the financing of important toll roads, hospitals, ports and airports in Chile.
He is currently one of the directors of FOINSA (Fondo de Infraestructura S.A.) since its creation in December 2018 and is arbitrator in commercial and infrastructure disputes.
He is professor of Corporate Law at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 1999.
He worked at Morales, Noguera, Valdivieso & Besa (today Morales & Besa) for 12 years, partner in 2004. Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett, New York (1998-1999), Bingham Mc Cutchen LLP (1998).
