Caroline Donetti joined Ogletree Deakins’ Paris office in September 2023. As a lawyer since 2018, Caroline has developed extensive experience in advising on employment law, in particular on issues relating to collective labor relations (social dialogue, IRP, collective bargaining) as well as labor relations (CSE consultations in the context of site closures, drafting of CSEC internal regulations). She assists national and international companies with restructuring issues arising from business closures, mergers or the creation of joint ventures. In terms of day-to-day management of labor relations within the company, Caroline is involved in drafting employment contracts, setting up telecommuting, internal investigations and also international employment contracts for seconded or expatriate workers. On contentious issues, Caroline assists companies in dispute procedures. She is involved in the implementation of individual or collective redundancy procedures. She enjoys mountaineering and rock climbing.
