The ‘highly-qualified‘ department regularly represents clients in major construction project-related arbitrations and is increasingly involved in commercial disputes involving shareholder and share purchase agreements. Recent matters include high-stakes proceedings before CAM Santiago, ICC, and the Chamber of Commerce of México.
