The ‘dynamic‘ competition and antitrust department at full-service firm Barros & Errázuriz acts in major cases before the TDLC, in addition to assisting national and international clients with FNE investigations. It is also highly specialised in concentration notifications before the FNE and increasingly active in its assistance to companies seeking to prevent future anti-competitive conduct (through reviews of commercial policies, establishing of business protocols and/or implementation of compliance programmes).
