Career
Robin’s practice combines a depth of experience in bankruptcy restructuring and litigation with acquisitions of assets from debtors and related financial transactions. She has extensive experience in the energy sector and represents clients throughout the US in in-and out-of-court corporate restructuring and reorganization as well as providing strategic advice to corporate clients and independent boards on legal risks associated with divestitures, recapitalizations, counterparty insolvency and the structuring of corporate acquisitions to minimize economic risks in the event of a counterparty’s subsequent financial distress. She has served as an expert witness in matters involving loan and restructuring documentation as well as insurance coverage for financial institutions. She is on the American Arbitration Association commercial panel of neutrals.
