Her practice combines a depth of experience in restructuring and bankruptcy litigation with financial transaction work. She represents clients throughout the U.S. in in- and out-of-court corporate restructuring and reorganization as well as providing strategic advice to corporate clients and independent boards on the legal risks associated with counterparty insolvency and the structuring of corporate acquisitions to minimize economic risks in the event of a counterparty’s subsequent financial distress.
