Career
Tyler is co-head of the firm’s bankruptcy/restructuring practice. He handles high-value, complex bankruptcy matters from the creditor and the debtor sides, represents Chapter 11 debtors and creditors committees, and handles debtor-in-possession loans, distressed investments and acquisitions, loan workouts, lender liability claims, contract disputes, and other commercial litigation in courts across the country. Tyler provides advice to commercial, consumer and mortgage lenders, private equity firms and hedge funds, and public and private companies.
