Partner in Weil’s Restructuring Department. He practices exclusively in the areas of corporate restructurings and workouts, bankruptcy and specialized financings. Jeff has advised creditors, postpetition lenders and sponsors in a number of high-profile matters. He also has broad experience advising companies and creditors in restructurings in- and out-of-court across a wide variety of industries, including an ad hoc group of secured noteholders in connection with the chapter 11 cases of 99 Cents Only Stores, Digital Currency Group, Inc. in connection with the chapter 11 cases of Genesis Global Holdco, LLC and in the BVI liquidation and chapter 15 case of Three Arrows Capital, Ltd., the prepetition and DIP lenders to Clovis Oncology, Inc., Hertz, Aeromexico, Petra Diamonds, Hexion, Verso Corporation, McGraw Hill, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company, School Specialty, Buffets Restaurants Holdings, Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings and Samsonite Corporation.
