Andrew Chizzik is a partner in Weil’s Private Funds practice, representing U.S. and non-U.S. private investment fund sponsors in structuring and negotiating the terms of domestic and offshore private equity funds. In addition, he advises private investment fund sponsors and their personnel with various employment and separation agreements and economic sharing arrangements. Andrew also represents certain prominent limited partners in connection with their investments in private investment funds, real estate funds and venture capital funds, as well as buyers and sellers of secondary interests in private investment funds. Clients include Apollo Global Management, Brookfield Asset Management, Genstar Capital, JLL Partners, PSP, and WL Ross & Co.
