Career

Evan Levy is Co-Head of Weil’s Real Estate practice. He focuses on real estate financings, private equity funds, workouts and restructurings, development projects, REITs and securities offerings. Evan has broad experience in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, representing borrowers and lenders; purchasers and sellers; fund sponsors and investors; debtors and creditors; developers and equity investors; and issuers and investors in all real estate asset classes. His key clients include Amherst Holdings, Brookfield, GIC, King Street, Lendlease and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
