Career

Andrew (“Drew”) Tulumello is a trial lawyer who heads Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation group. He has represented public companies across a range of industries in securities, RICO, and class action litigation. He also has represented several government contractors and tried cases against DOJ under the False Claims Act. He is a long-time counsel and advisor to several public companies on global legal strategy.
