Anmar is a principal associate in our corporate and commercial practice in Riyadh’s office. He has a substantial experience in corporate law practice with emphasis on franchising, companies association and registration, companies liquidation, IP rights registration and litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions and labour law practice.

Anmar advised on a number of large transactions including the grant of international fashion houses franchises and a major F&B franchise in Jordan. He also was part of the team advising on the acquisition of Jordan’s largest telecommunications company.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Anmar was a partner in a regional law firm based in Amman with offices in Jordan and Palestine where he was advising a number of Jordan’s leading companies including insurance companies, banks, securities trading companies and investment companies. Simultaneously; Anmar was acting as the legal counsel for Jordan’s biggest and most influential holding group, which owns and controls sixteen subsidiaries working in the field of hotels investment and hospitality in Jordan, including six prominent five-stars hotels.
