James Falconer’s practice encompasses advising practitioners, creditors and debtors on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring, with a particular focus on the representation of Europe-based debtors in cross-border restructuring transactions.
Mr. Falconer is experienced in the use and integration of restructuring and insolvency proceedings in various jurisdictions, particularly in the use of schemes of arrangement and Chapter 11 cases.
He also has significant experience in relation to contentious matters, including insolvency-related litigation and arbitration.
