Ropes & Gray LLP have expanded their restructuring practice with the additions of New York-based Natasha Hwangpo and Chicago’s Chris Dickerson over the past year, with the team active on borrower, lender and creditor based matters including in-court and out-of-court debt restructurings, corporate reorganizations and liability management transactions.
