Kiran Sharma is the co-head of the firm’s International Practice Group and a partner in the Private Equity Transactions group in London. Kiran also leads the Women’s Forum in the firm’s London office. Kiran’s practice focuses on private equity, public to private transactions, co-investments and direct investments and mergers and acquisitions. Kiran’s clients represent some of the largest global private capital investors, including private equity funds, special situations funds, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds and family offices. Kiran’s practice covers a number of sectors with a focus on healthcare, pharmaceutical and consumer deals.
