Career

Woojin Shin serves Korean companies primarily in the infrastructure, automotive, defense, and consumer goods industries. He regularly counsels Korean multinational companies on their corporate, financial, and regulatory issues. He understands the legal needs of Korean clients and provides creative and effective solutions to complex issues encountered in business transactions and operations in the United States and other countries.

He has special experience in economic development projects in which non-U.S. corporations establish and operate their manufacturing and R&D facilities in the United States.  

In addition, Woojin advises Korean corporate and governmental clients on U.S. federal and state government relations issues relating to U.S. trade policy and industry regulations. He provides Korean clients strategic counsel on U.S. policy issues combined with deep understanding in their business culture and objectives.
