Karl Horvath, of counsel in the structured transactions practice at Morgan Lewis, has a broad range of experience of structured finance transactions and advises on securitisations across a range of asset classes (including residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, whole businesses, consumer loans, renewable energy, and hire purchase agreements).
