Bela is of counsel in the firm’s Moscow office, she counsels clients on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, as well as employment law, immigration, Russian data privacy law, and mobility issues. She also advises foreign investors on corporate and compliance issues to address when establishing a presence in Russia, including setting up wholly owned subsidiaries and joint ventures, or mergers and acquisitions.
