Partner Maximilian Clostermeyer advises a wide range of corporate clients and institutional investors on real estate matters. He has significant experience in large portfolio transactions as well as transactions regarding major single assets by way of share deals, asset deals or joint venture structures in all asset classes. He also counsels clients on all other aspects of real estate law including project development advice and commercial tenancy law. Furthermore, his practice includes corporate law work, especially in connection with M&A transactions.

Prior to joining McDermott, Maximilian was a senior in-house lawyer at a leading private hospital and healthcare group in Germany. Before this he worked for several years at a leading German law firm in Frankfurt and London.
