Nicholas Norris has extensive experience advising private equity firms, investment banks and major corporations on a wide variety of corporate matters including public, private and cross-border M&A and private equity, corporate finance, take private and joint venture transactions. He has been recognized for several years as a leading lawyer for corporate/M&A, private equity and capital markets work in Hong Kong and China by highly regarded legal industry publishers. Nicholas is a member of the Hong Kong Takeovers and Mergers Panel and the Listing Review Committee of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
