Laura Pembridge has more than 15 years of experience advising on private equity, venture capital, M&A, and private equity real estate transactions. Laura acts for private equity funds, institutional investors, management teams, and corporate clients on a wide variety of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, restructurings, and joint ventures. She regularly works on behalf of key Firm clients on complex UK and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on private equity and real estate private equity investments.
