Career
Anthony McCusker is a partner in and Co-Chair of the firm’s Technology practice. Widely recognized as a preeminent adviser in Silicon Valley, he specializes in all areas of corporate, securities, and partnership laws, with a primary focus on advising technology companies and their investors.
Anthony’s company representation spans the entire corporate life cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, corporate governance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. He also works with venture capitalists, private equity investors, and investment banks involved in private and public stock offerings.
Anthony previously chaired the firm’s Silicon Valley office and served on both the Executive and the Allocations committees.

The team was particularly active on the corporate and private equity acquisition side in the past year and helped advise Pixomondo on acquisition by Sony Pictures Entertainment from Mayfair Equity Partners. The group is co-chaired by corporate partner Anthony McCusker in Silicon Valley, Kenneth Gordon and John Egan. Other key partners include David Cappillo, who co-leads the firm’s healthcare practice, and Alessandra Simons in San Francisco.
