As a member of Chamberlain’s Corporate, Securities & Finance Group, David Pierson’s practice primarily involves mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and recapitalizations. Mr. Pierson is also commonly called to advise or assist on a variety of other or related corporate and transactional matters, including business/entity formations, Hart-Scott-Rodino premerger analysis and regulatory filings, equity and debt securities offerings, other strategic transactions and ongoing general corporate governance.

As a CPA and a former senior manager with a “Big Four” accounting firm, David’s M&A and general corporate practice benefits from more than two decades of experience. Mr. Pierson’s unique background and combination of expertise and know-how make him a key member of any deal team, and a trusted advisor to his clients. David is centrally involved in all phases of any M&A deal or other complicated transaction, including structuring, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing post-transaction advice.
