Mark Dorff is the managing director of the Firm’s Corporate & Capital Markets Department and a partner in the Global Corporate, Technology, and Life Sciences groups.
Mark represents entrepreneurs, private and public companies, sports and entertainment clients, and a broad range of investors, including family offices and private equity investors, in complex transactions around the world.
Mark is chairman emeritus of the Law Firm Network, a strong association of independent law firms from all over the world. The Network forms a key part of Brown Rudnick’s extended global network.
Mark is recognized by Chambers UK and The Legal 500. A client reference recently commented on Mark’s “terrific job of managing the process and keeping all the ducks in a row.” Another client commented that he is “very experienced, responsive and a good communicator.
