Partner and Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department

Career

Jason A. Leckerman is Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department. He focuses on antitrust and competition, product liability, and commercial litigation and regularly counsels clients on antitrust compliance and risk. In addition, he assists private and public companies in analyzing potential mergers and acquisitions, and in obtaining clearance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act.

At Ballard Spahr, Jason is a member of the Expanded Board, Partner-in-Charge of the litigation mentoring program in the Philadelphia office, and is Partner-in-Charge of the United Way Campaign.
