Patrick Fenn focuses on the tax aspects of a variety of domestic and multi-jurisdictional investment vehicles, including private equity funds, hedge funds and credit funds, and investments by foreign sovereigns, and on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships, restructurings, corporate finance and financial instruments. He co-heads the firm’s Tax Group and was a founding partner of the firm’s New York office in April 1993.
