Mr. Maslowski’s practice focuses on patent litigation and client counseling in the life sciences, including complex biological and chemical inventions, such as antibodies, small molecule drugs, and polymers, as well as medical devices. He has litigated in courts throughout the country and before the U.S. International Trade Commission. He has also represented clients in numerous inter partes review proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Maslowski also represents clients in matters involving trade secrets and related intellectual property issues.
