Substantive areas include Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-money laundering (AML) statutes, financial fraud, federal procurement, public corruption, sanctions regimes, and False Claims Act (FCA) litigation.
