Felipe Paschoalini is a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice area.

​Felipe joined BMA in 2010 and advises clients in corporate law and consolidations and acquisitions in various sectors, including aviation, energy, mining, telecommunications, health, financial, pulp and paper, real estate, chemicals and retail markets. He serves publicly and privately held companies and also operates in corporate reorganizations and disputes.
