Background specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence claims, particularly employers’ liability (including industrial disease) and high-value RTAs. Also experienced in handling contentious wills and probate disputes, inheritance law claims and was the lead fee-earner in the first case to come before the Royal Court of Guernsey concerning a challenge to a lifetime gift on the grounds of undue influence. Experienced and effective at mediating complex disputes.
