Position

Annabel is an associate in the corporate, finance and funds team. She advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including banking and corporate finance, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial work. She moved from the Guernsey to the BVI office in September 2022.

Career

Trained with Collas Crill (Guernsey) with secondments to Charles Russell Speechlys, within their private wealth disputes team, and SG Kleinwort Hambros’ credit team.
Annabel qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in September 2018. Following this, she spent 3 months in Collas Crill’s Cayman office within the dispute resolution team, focusing on insolvency and corporate restructuring. She has also completed a secondment with Investec in their credit and lending services team.
