Annalisa has a broad practice covering commercial litigation, cross boarder insolvency and restructuring. Her experience includes work on high value fraud and asset tracing claims, the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and shareholder disputes. She regularly advises limited partners, shareholders, directors and fund managers on insolvency related matters.
Career
Annalisa was admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands in 2014, following which she practiced as an associate at Walkers both the in the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong.
