Position
Keelie is the Head of the Leeds Plot and Site Set Up Team. She acts for national housebuilders in relation to the assembly of sites for residential sales whilst also supervising Infrastructure Agreements necessary to facilitate services to the clients’ sites.
Keelie has the technical expertise to deliver the site set up of a variety of schemes – from greenfield sites to complex regeneration schemes with third party landowners. She also has experience in affordable housing transactions and sales under the Help To Buy Scheme.

Trained with Atherton Godfrey Solicitors, qualified in March 2009. Joined Gateley in January 2016.

2004 – LLB Law (Hons) 2:1, University of Sheffield. 2005 – LPC commendation, University of Sheffield.
Leisure
Spending time with family particularly my son and socialising with friends and walking my two dogs.
