Simon is an expert in commercial dispute resolution. He helps businesses to resolve their disputes cost effectively and he is familiar with all forms of dispute resolution including mediation, expert determination, traditional court proceedings and arbitration (domestic and international).

Simon has worked across numerous industry sectors for a variety of clients ranging from small businesses to multi-national listed companies and government bodies.

His expertise includes general contract disputes, breach of warranty claims, shareholder and partner disputes, professional negligence claims and fraud related claims.
