Alastair Shaw is a dispute resolution partner with considerable experience and expertise in commercial disputes and in particular in relation to complex civil fraud litigation including in relation to tech, media and IP. With over two decades of expertise in high-magnitude proceedings, Alastair handles contractual work and disputes for hi-tech clients. He advises clients in relation to a broad range of commercial disputes and has considerable knowledge of substantial multi-jurisdictional claims.
Before joining Level, Alastair co-founded William Grace Law in 2017, swiftly establishing the firm as a prominent authority for fraud matters pertaining to bribery, secret profits, dishonest assistance, corruption, breaches of fiduciary duty and deceit.
Alastair has been consistently recommended in the Legal 500 for a number of years.
