Position
Natalie is a creative and dynamic commercial lawyer who works across the media, technology and energy sectors, acting for clients on non-contentious matters. Known for her friendly but firm approach with clients and meticulous research and drafting skills, Natalie brings a unique depth, skillset and passion for the fields in which she works.
Her client base includes high profile individuals, global organisations and brands in the visual arts and music, as well as leading technology start-ups involved in cutting edge work involving artificial intelligence, machine learning and augmented reality. Her own work as a creator in photography, film and on digital platforms places her in a unique position vis-a-vis her clients; she has a deep and current understanding of the complex commercial, management and creative issues that her clients approach her with.
Natalie advises on negotiating and drafting contractual agreements including film production agreements, composer agreements, agency agreements, location services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, protection of IP assets including trademarks, website privacy policies, terms of use, data protection and GDPR compliance, and research into contested matters of cyberlaw such as linking and scraping.
Natalie is currently studying for an LLM in space, cyber and telecommunications law, the first of its kind in the UK, and plans to integrate legal advisory services in satellite and associated space technologies into her practice.
