Career

Danielle has a corporate commercial practice with a focus on technology, privacy, commercialization, and the health-care and agriculture and food sectors. She provides assistance to a diverse client base, from small businesses to large public and private corporations. Her experience includes assisting clients with outsourcing arrangements and procurement of information technology services and software, advising clients on privacy law interpretation and compliance issues, providing support in the implementation of IT systems and programs, and assisting both the developers and customers of e-commerce platforms.

Danielle also has experience advising clients on IP strategy as well as drafting and advising clients on licensing, transfer, and other commercial arrangements regarding IP. She has also been involved in commercial transactions that include the purchase and sale of IP assets. In her general corporate commercial practice, Danielle regularly advises clients on a wide range of matters including corporate governance and regulatory and compliance matters.
