Position
Tracey is a hugely experienced Solicitor, specialising in planning and environmental and who acts for a range of clients.
She has worked on a huge range of projects during the course of her career, from major infrastructure projects to prosecutions for breaching listed building conditions to planning agreements for housebuilders and developers of urban regeneration projects and out of town retail and industrial parks.
Tracey has represented clients at public enquiries and has acted on matters which have been referred for judicial review. She also has considerable experience of obtaining planning consents for renewable energy schemes and for environmentally sensitive developments such as waste transfer stations.
Career
Tracey graduated from Leicester University and qualified as a Solicitor in 1985. She started her career in local government and worked for four different authorities, specialising in planning. She is hugely experienced, having worked for Norton Rose, Pinsent Masons and Osborne Clarke (and having set up the planning departments in both Masons and Osborne Clarke).
