Victoria is a Solicitor experienced in dealing with all aspects of employment law, from the drafting of contracts and policy documents to unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, representing both employers and employees.
Career
Victoria studied law at the University of Liverpool and qualified as a solicitor in 2002.
She qualified at Hammonds (now part of Squire Patton Boggs), a commercial law firm in London. Post-qualification, she worked with Hammonds, advising corporate clients in relation to their employment and human resources issues and both bringing and defending claims in the employment tribunal. Victoria then moved to Thompsons Solicitors, a large trade union law firm, where she worked for almost ten years advising trade unions and their members on employment related matters before joining Star Legal.
