Position
Peter is a Consultant Solicitor, with particular experience in commercial property litigation, acting for both landlords and tenants and undertaking claimant and defendant work in contested commercial lease renewals, dilapidations claims, planning/ development related disputes, rights of way and restrictive covenant disputes. As well as being a solicitor, Peter is a trained mediator. He also sits as a Deputy District Judge on the Western Circuit.
Career
Peter trained with national commercial firm Eversheds where after qualification he specialized in banking and security related disputes for major banks and building societies. He moved to Bristol over 20 years ago where he worked as a senior commercial litigation solicitor with Cartwrights (now Bond Dickinson). He then became a director and head of commercial litigation at Lindleys before joining Star Legal.
