Susan is a Solicitor and TEP (Trusts and Estates Practitioner). Susan advises on and drafts Wills ranging from simple family Wills to more complicated arrangements involving a wide variety of Trusts. Areas of her speciality include:
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection applications and matters arising from loss of mental capacity, including applications for Deputyship appointments
Probate and the Administration of Estates.
Career
After graduating from Hertfordshire University with a degree in law, Susan trained with Graham White and Co in Hertfordshire, qualifying in 2005. In 2011, Susan decided to relocate to the West Country, where she worked for Wards Solicitors before joining Star Legal.

STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners) and SFE (Solicitors for the Elderly).
