Richard runs the Tiverton office. Richard’s main area of expertise include:

• Property transactions (residential sales purchases and re-mortgages)
• Wills and tax planning
• Trust work Probate and estate administrations,
• Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications

Richard also has experience in general civil litigation and Contentious Probate matters.

Richard believes strongly that the role of the solicitor is to act as a problem solver for his client and he concentrates on giving the client sound practical advice and support. He aims to offer his clients positive advice and a common sense approach to tackling legal issues.

Career

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1989.  Before qualifying Richard spent time serving with the Royal Marines both in the UK and abroad.
