Matthew joined Consilia Legal in March 2019 as a paralegal. He started his training contract in January 2021 working within the employment team and qualified as a Solicitor in July 2022.

He assists and advises on contentious Litigation ranging from unfair dismissal to discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal for both Claimants and Respondents. He also advises on non-contentious matters for businesses and settlement agreements for individuals.
