Rachel Khiara - RSM Legal LLP

Within: Partnership

RSM Legal LLP's team merged with Khiara Law LLP in April 2017, adding vastly experienced partnership and regulatory expert Rachel Khiara, who now leads the team with a focus on advising multi-disciplinary practices such as KPMG. Khiara is often instructed by international and domestic law firms, Big 4 accountants, fund managers and investment businesses using LLPs on the spectrum of non-contentious matters. Recent highlights include assisting a leading architectural firm with a comprehensive review and rewrite of its constitutional arrangements and LLP Deed; and in a separate matter, advising a major UK-based law firm on the regulatory aspects of a transatlantic merger. Wendy Chung joined the firm as a consultant from Fox Williams LLP in October 2017, and was promoted to an associate director position in February 2018.
